I’m drawn to equity capital markets: helping companies raise the capital they need and getting the timing, structure, and story right.
I’m a business student at Northeastern’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business, class of 2029, concentrating in finance and accounting with a minor in mathematics. Originally from Bergen County, New Jersey.
At Blackstone, 10-Q and 8-K work gives me a direct view into what companies tell the market, and how carefully that story has to be built.
Now / Next
After my co-op ends in December, I’m joining B3 Family Office, a private investment office. In preparation, I’m running a deep dive on the defense sector at the pre-seed stage: mapping where early capital is going, which problems are attracting founders, and how the office should think about entering a space it’s actively learning.

Co-founded a receipt-scanning rewards app built on the Fetch and Receipt Hog model: scan everyday receipts, earn points, but with the payout swapped for an asset that can actually appreciate. Users redeem points for crypto instead of gift cards. We took first place at Finnovate, Northeastern’s fintech startup competition, out of 10 competing teams.

Why U.S. banks have not accepted Bitcoin as loan collateral, spanning regulation, custody, liquidation risk, and the institutional barriers that persist even where rules permit it. Presented at Northeastern’s RISE expo.

Currently in progress. An active deep dive for B3 Family Office into founders, problem spaces, and capital flows at the earliest stage of the defense ecosystem: mapping where early capital is going, which problems attract founders, and how an investor should think about entering a sector it's actively learning.

Supported 10-Q and 8-K preparation across two reporting cycles, coordinating 600+ disclosure submissions from 50+ business units. Tied out figures across filings and investor materials and built reconciliation support for discrepancies raised to senior stakeholders.
